How often willI receive a new flower arrangement?
Whatever frequency you choose. You can alter this by clicking the link in the email you receive when you first subscribe.
Can I pick which flower arrangement I receive?
Yes you can. You can subscribe to any of our arrangements. We have turned off the ability to subscribe to the smaller sizes however.
You cannot choose the flowers for the Gift a Subscription, and Mystery flowers.
You can ask for specific colours, or themes that you want or do not want.
How do I make changes to my current subscription plan?
Clicking 'Manage Subscription' in the email you received when you placed your inital order.

How often will I be billed?
